Subconscious Coaching

Struggling with feeling stuck, directionless, overwhelmed, powerless, or maybe not able to find yourself/your spark? We all go through times like this in life, maybe more than we realize. And almost every single time, it's due to subconscious programming. 

Your subconscious is the part of your brain that dictates up to 90% of your life. Not kidding. It runs off of previous experiences, beliefs (whether you realize you have them or not) and information that, for all you know, is no longer relevant to where you're at in life and who you are!

What I do as a subconscious coach is provide space for you to come back to center. We'll uncover underlying beliefs and create personal "protocols" to help release what's holding you back + make a clear path forward - here's 2 ways I do this!

1:1 Coaching Sessions: In these 75 minute calls, I'll hold space to hear you (where you're at, who you are, what you're dealing with etc.) and begin to create a little map of what's potentially happening in your inner world to cause the disruptions you're done with. I'll then create action steps/activities for you to implement that will support you in deeper awareness of yourself and coming back to a center point that's better for you. Some people only need one call! Some benefit from long term connection/flow. Ideally, I love to work with people in 3 call increments! (Starting at $200 per call. Call packs can be created based on your needs at a discounted rate)

Subconscious Sessions: This is the deep work. Each session is set for 2 hours (some people don't need all of that time, it's what we will schedule/make space for though!) A brief overview of sessions available -

1. The Forgiveness Session - Is there someone in your life (maybe a version of you) that you know you need reconciliation with? Does their name still make you cringe? Do you have a hard time emotionally because of something that transpired (or didn't) between you? This session provides you the opportunity for true energetic and emotional freedom through forgiveness. This is especially helpful if you can't or will not be in this persons presence, whether they are gone or do not have capacity to hold this conversation with you. 
2. Trigger Therapy - Working through triggers takes patience, and a willingness to be uncomfortable. We'll gently enter your triggered state for a moment and begin to help change the narrative through physical movement and awareness of what was actually needed in that moment. This session almost always shows us how we are truly our own healers.
3. Ego Integration - Do you have stubborn habits or patterns you keep repeating, don't want to, and don't know why or how to get out? Your ego is doing it's job REALLY well by keeping you safe from trying new things! (New = unknown/scary to the subconscious) This session provides you the opportunity to understand the why behind your ego's motive to keep this pattern going, and introduces space for your creative self to integrate possible new solutions so ALL of you is on the same page!
4. Quantum Timeline Healing - Do you have a deep fear of something that you know isn't yours? Maybe it's an inherited habit. Something you do that you feel is keeping you stuck, and you can remember multiple moments throughout your life where it's popped up... This session will support you in getting to the root of the "issue" and sharing new perspective with those past versions of yourself to clear your timelines!
